Sunday School
Easter Egg Hunt – Saturday, April 19th at 10 am
The Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Saturday, April 19th at 10 am in the Family Center.
We are asking members to help fill plastic eggs between the services, Sunday, April 13th for the Easter Egg Hunt.
Donations for candy will be collected in the Memory Room, Sunday March 2nd – 23rd.
Easter Breakfast - Sunday, April 20th
Join us from 6:30 - 9:30 a.m. for a Pancake & Sausage Breakfast, your freewill donation will benefit Tails of Valor®
Any donations of baked good for the breakfast are appreciated!
Mother’s Day Brunch – Saturday, May 3rd at 10 am – Carina Epting, speaker and crafter
Carina Epting, of Carina’s Creations Co., is joining us to lead the Mother’s Day Brunch, Saturday, May 3rd, at 10 am in the Social Hall with a Sip and Painting Experience called, “A Cup of Time Together.” A time for mothers, families, and friends to learn intro painting methods and leave with a darling painting piece. A sign-up sheet is forthcoming. $5 per person will be collected at the door.
Spring Basket Social, Craft Fair and Plant Sale - Saturday, May 10 - Doors open 9:00am
Drawing for baskets at 1:00pm with pickup from 4-6pm. Also Monday from 10am-noon.
Last day of Sunday School – Sunday, May 25th at 9:15 am
The children will practice for the 4F Celebration / Outdoor Worship Service, Sunday, June 1st in which we will encourage participation to sing and recite memory verses.
4F Celebration - Outdoor Worship and Lunch – June 1st at 10:30 am
Members, especially children, will be encouraged to attend and participate in the outdoor worship service, Sunday June 1st at 10:30 am, followed by a pot-luck lunch at Lone Lane Park, Allentown, Pa.
Confirmation, Breakfast, Worship Service and Fellowship – June 8 – at 8 am
Sunday, June 8 at 8:00 am, the confirmands and their families will be invited to attend breakfast served in the Memory Room by the CE Committee before the worship service at 9:15 am. A time of fellowship will be held after the service in the Memory Room.
Iron Pigs – Friday, June 13th – 7pm – Reserved seating
Attend ‘Faith Night’ at the ball game to cheer for the Iron Pigs at Coca-Cola field, Fri., June 13th at 7 p.m.
Reserved seats, $30 pp, near the 3rd base line, will include a 2 ½ hr. buffet.
Children 2 and under are free.
VBS – July 14 – 18 - with JUCC
A joint VBS - Jordan Evangelical Lutheran Church and Jordan United Church of Christ, has been scheduled for July 14 - 18 at Jordan Lutheran Church in the Family Center.
JELC will offer times from 9 am – 11:45 am; JUCC will offer times from 6:30 pm – 8:15 pm.
The theme, True North, is for children to learn to trust Jesus in the wild world.

Raise Right Youth Gift Card Fundraiser - ongoing
Order forms are due February 2nd, and don’t forget you can order online and have them delivered directly to you! Click here for instructions. Information and instructions to order online, as well as order forms, are also available in the literature racks in the church foyer and Memory Room. The convenience of gift cards awhile supporting Jordan’s youth!
Clothing Drive - ongoing
We actively collect used clothing all year. Place your bags (reasonably filled to lift) in the available bins located at the Office Entrance and the old Social Hall. Drop off times: Sunday mornings before worship and Mon. – Fri. - 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. or during office hours.
Accepted Items: Gently used clothing (men’s, women’s & children’s), shoes (please bag separate from clothing),purses, belts, backpacks, hats, scarves, gloves, ties, tablecloths, bed sheets, curtains & drapes, towels, small stuffed animals, small, small hard children's toys and bicycles. Currently NOT accepted: pillows, quilts, comforters, blankets, baby gear, VCR tapes, CD’s, electronics, monitors, books, workout equipment, mattresses, appliances, furniture, lamps, house décor, board games, glassware, pots & pans, rugs.
Proceeds from the donations benefit youth programs and events. Thank you!

Bear Creek Summer Camp
Bear Creek Camp’s overnight program is centered on spiritual growth, outdoor living, and small group development for all children who have completed grades 1-12. Each age group experiences a mix of small-group and all-camp activities throughout the week to meet their group’s spiritual, social, and developmental needs.
