CONFIRMATION MEETING
All youth who are entering 7th grade or above in school this fall are invited to enroll in our confirmation class. The confirmation program is a two-year program for all students in 7th/8th grade (or above). An introductory meeting took place on Sunday, September 7th. We reviewed the expectations of confirmation students/parents and teachers, signed the covenant and discussed the schedule for this year. There was also time for questions/concerns from both parents and students.

Raise Right Youth Gift Card Fundraiser - ongoing
Order forms are due February 2nd, and don’t forget you can order online and have them delivered directly to you! Click here for instructions. Information and instructions to order online, as well as order forms, are also available in the literature racks in the church foyer and Memory Room. The convenience of gift cards awhile supporting Jordan’s youth!
Clothing Drive - ongoing
We actively collect used clothing all year. Place your bags (reasonably filled to lift) in the available bins located at the Office Entrance and the old Social Hall. Drop off times: Sunday mornings before worship and Mon. – Fri. - 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. or during office hours.
Accepted Items: Gently used clothing (men’s, women’s & children’s), shoes (please bag separate from clothing),purses, belts, backpacks, hats, scarves, gloves, ties, tablecloths, bed sheets, curtains & drapes, towels, small stuffed animals, small, small hard children's toys and bicycles. Currently NOT accepted: pillows, quilts, comforters, blankets, baby gear, VCR tapes, CD’s, electronics, monitors, books, workout equipment, mattresses, appliances, furniture, lamps, house décor, board games, glassware, pots & pans, rugs.
Proceeds from the donations benefit youth programs and events. Thank you!

THANK YOU from the JELC 3D Youth Group!!
The 3D Youth Group of JELC would like to extend a thank you for your support of the clothing bag donations (3,261 lbs.) that raised $652.20. In addition, a thank you for the baked good donations at the basket social raised $225.99.
The proceeds for both will support the youth to attend the Youth Gathering event in 2027.
Thank you Marlene Peters, Confirmation Teacher, for your assistance organizing the clothing bag pickup.
Thank you Stephany Heckman JELC Youth Leader for organizing the baked goods table during the basket social.
