Endowment Investment Committee The purpose of the Endowment Investment Fund is to provide a permanent source of funds for the work of the Lord in our community and the world at large, consistent with the Constitution of the Church. Contributions to the Fund may be made to the Church and designated to the Fund in a number of ways, including, but not limited to: a bequest in a will, trust or insurance policy; or a donation from a person or persons still living. The Committee will review/update its investment strategies regularly and make adjustments accordingly. The Endowment Investment Committee submits a report to the congregation annually.
Endowment Disbursement Committee This Committee is responsible for allocating funds from the Jordan Endowment Fund. The Committee receives an annual amount based on the earnings from the fund and disburses funds throughout the year for various purposes. Some categories of disbursements are Scholarships for Members, Assisting Members and Non-Members with things such as utilities or rent, contributions on behalf of Jordan to area non-profit organizations, and any other type of request deemed appropriate by the Committee based on the Committee's guidelines. Applications for funds are available through the church office. The Endowment Disbursement Committee submits a report to the congregation annually.
